  • Trudy Hardy brings more than two decades of experience leading global brands. She began her prolific career at BMW launching the MINI brand in the United States; one of the most iconic launches of all time. From there, she held several C-Suite roles across the organization, including the CMO position for North America and the CEO/Regional Head for BMW Motorrad across the Americas. Her first collaboration with HARMONIUM founder Hasan Ramusevic came more than 20 years ago during an agency search for MINI—an effort so innovative it became the subject of a Harvard Business Review case study. Trudy brings a client-side lens and global perspective to agency partnerships, helping brands and agencies unlock new potential through trust, alignment, and shared ambition.

She brings decades of experience helping agencies connect with the right clients, and helping clients find partners they can trust. Known for her sharp instincts, calming presence, and deep understanding of what makes agency-client relationships thrive, Stephanie has built and guided countless agency teams through moments of growth and transformation. Her approach is grounded in clarity, honesty, and an unwavering belief that great partnerships—like great marriages—are built on trust and communication. At HARMONIUM, she applies her passion for matchmaking to help agencies and clients form connections that don’t just work—they last.

  • Thomas Entrup brings a rare combination of financial expertise and agency-side insight, shaped by years working for publicly-traded companies and 20 years at Deutsch, where he rose to Chief Financial Officer. At Deutsch, Tom oversaw financial operations, compliance, and performance at scale—while navigating the complexities of client contracts, agency compensation models, and the business dynamics that influence creative partnerships. At HARMONIUM, he advises clients on the financial side of agency partnerships, ensuring the right models are in place to support trust, transparency, and results. He also consults with agency CEOs on operational strategy, profitability, and growth, and plays a key role in guiding M&A deals that are structured not just to succeed, but to endure.
